About the position

The Enrollment Data & Integrations Manager is responsible for leading the strategic integration data strategy of the company, focusing on market opportunities and leveraging technology to support long-term growth and cost reduction. This role involves directing research and analysis to create efficient employer data solutions, ensuring compliance with data handling best practices, and managing integration activities across departments to meet business commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate efforts to establish and execute a strategic integration data strategy.
  • Direct ongoing research, analysis, and creation of employer data solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to data compliance best practices for handling enrollment data.
  • Plan, develop processes, and execute integration activities end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Problem-solve and mitigate risks associated with integration plans.
  • Create a disciplined integration strategy and execution plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a job-specific role.
  • Experience with human resource administration, payroll systems, and third-party integrations.
  • Proven project management experience, including process development and timeline management.
  • Ability to act as a consultant to company leadership.
  • Experience coordinating multiple work groups for project execution.
  • Knowledge in consumer website design, system programming, and data models.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with presentation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic planning experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance administration and legal compliance.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, including proposal and contract development.
  • Utilization of LEAN and change management tools for continuous improvement.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to utilize technology to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Advocate for colleague training in current and future technology.
  • Focus on using technology and robotics for process efficiency.
