About the position

The Enrollment/Marketing Director at Primrose School of Cross Creek is a leadership role responsible for promoting the school within the community, ensuring adherence to early childhood education standards, and achieving enrollment and profitability goals. This position requires a passionate individual dedicated to the success of children and the school, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to all external and internal customers.
  • Observe all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Cross Creek and local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
  • Assist the Franchise Owner with necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control to produce profit.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to employment laws and compliance issues related to those laws.
  • Assist in keeping the school physically well-kept, attractive, and safe.
  • Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for their behavior.
  • Perform all essential functions for each position in the school, including leadership team positions, teacher, food service teacher, and bus driver.
  • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions.
  • Maintain overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in the employee handbook.
  • Assist in other capacities as determined necessary by the Franchise Owner or designee.

Requirements

  • Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Cross Creek.
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program preferred.
  • Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
