About the position

The Enrollment Marketing Specialist at the New York Film Academy is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment efforts. This role involves coordinating marketing, advertising, and outreach initiatives, while also managing projects across various teams. The specialist will engage with prospective students through diverse communication channels, ensuring effective messaging throughout the enrollment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for enrollment efforts.
  • Manage execution of marketing projects across multiple channels.
  • Create engaging communications and content for prospective students.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on marketing initiatives.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing strategies for prospective students.
  • Develop content for prospective-student-facing web pages.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns for recruitment purposes.
  • Write and coordinate design of recruitment materials and collateral.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and refine future campaigns.
  • Assist in project management using tools like Asana.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Higher Ed, Business or related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Admissions, Higher Ed, or Communications.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education student journey and enrollment marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar.
  • Proficiency in project management systems like Asana or Trello.
  • Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop.
  • Interest in film, media, and performing arts.
  • Experience in digital advertising and social media marketing.
