About the position

The Enrollment Marketing Specialist at Arizona Christian University plays a crucial role in enhancing student enrollment and retention through strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to communicate ACU's unique value to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the enrollment team to set recruitment goals and track performance.
• Design and manage content for promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media.
• Analyze and optimize email and digital campaigns to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
• Manage the admissions social media calendar with engaging content for prospective students and families.
• Maintain and update enrollment-related website content to keep it fresh, compelling, and aligned with ACU standards.
• Oversee and manage high-quality purchased leads and advertising budgets, ensuring the best ROI.
• Support admissions events through thoughtful marketing and collateral creation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of marketing and lead generation experience, preferably within higher education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Strong creative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with social media platforms, Google AdWords, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• A committed Christian faith, with the ability to integrate biblical principles into daily work.
