About the position

The Enrollment Marketing Specialist at the New York Film Academy is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment efforts. This role involves coordinating marketing, advertising, and email outreach initiatives while collaborating with various internal teams. The specialist will engage with prospective students throughout their journey, from initial interest to enrollment, by creating compelling content and managing multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance enrollment efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing, design, and web projects and requests.
  • Conduct enrollment marketing research and promotional initiatives.
  • Create communications and content for prospective students, including email campaigns and social media posts.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns targeting prospective students.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and refine future campaigns based on data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on marketing projects.
  • Write and edit articles, press releases, and recruitment materials.
  • Coordinate projects using project management systems like Asana.
  • Assist with event coordination and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Higher Ed, Business or related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Admissions, Higher Ed, Communications, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education student journey and enrollment marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Target X, etc.) and email management systems (Pardot, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Higher Education or similar area.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $52,000 - $65,000.
  • Hybrid work model with in-person requirements 1-2 days a week.
