The Enrollment Research Analyst is an important member of the Enrollment Management team at Teachers College, reporting to the Director of Enrollment Research and Strategy. The analyst's primary responsibility is to compile, organize, and translate large volumes of data into concise and precise reports that inform decisions on a wide range of recruitment and enrollment strategies. In this role, the Enrollment Research Analyst will provide critical support to program directors and staff by collecting, coding, and organizing program datasets and developing evaluation reports. Additionally, the Enrollment Research Analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses utilizing a variety of data sets and databases to evaluate the programs and produce effective data visualizations. The analysis of internal, external, and trend data will elicit insights that will propel the actions necessary to ensure strong enrollment for years to come at this institution, which has had a significant impact on the lives of so many teachers and learners.
