About the position

This position is responsible for enrolling qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitating enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs.
- Facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in customer service.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
