Responsibilities

• Focus on clinical practice in a predominately outpatient setting.
• Establish a major surgical niche within the practice.
• Provide call coverage as required.
• Implement team growth and service line enhancement.
• Collaborate with a group of medical specialists and primary care physicians.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in ENT.
• Experience in a clinical practice setting, preferably with outpatient focus.
• Strong leadership skills to implement team development.

• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of ENT.
• Experience with team growth and equipment selection.
