About the position

This is a full-time, permanent ENT opportunity located in Findlay, OH, just 45 minutes from Toledo. The position welcomes residents, new graduates, and experienced physicians alike. The hospital offers loan support during or following training, allowing candidates to choose between a monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend. Physicians will have significant input into their schedules and patient volumes, ensuring a work-life balance that suits their needs. The practice operates under a care team model, providing robust support for both medical and surgical subspecialties, including Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery. The facility boasts an onsite, comprehensive audiology team consisting of three audiologists and two audiology technicians. Advanced practice providers handle primary call for both practice and hospital, with physicians only taking backup call. A 24-hour in-house hospitalist service is available for ER admissions and the medical management of common ENT conditions. The position offers available surgery block time in three OR locations, and the practice has a wide referral base with minimal surrounding competition, allowing physicians to be as busy as they desire and perform the cases they want to do. On average, physicians see 25-30 patients per day in the clinic, focusing on full-service, comprehensive ENT care. The typical schedule consists of three days in the clinic and two days in the OR per week, with flexibility for physicians to influence their practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes.
