About the position

The Enterprise Account Engineer at F5 Networks is responsible for providing crucial guidance to customers during their multi-cloud transformation. This role involves resolving complex technical issues related to F5 Application Services across various cloud environments, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customers. The position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaboration with a global team to ensure effective problem resolution and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with guidance through their multi-cloud transformation, resolving sophisticated technical problems.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing sound analyses and solutions to customer challenges with F5 products.
• Lead multiple technology challenges, prioritizing based on customer and business needs.
• Resolve customer issues and build knowledge for use by customers, peers, and product development.
• Collaborate with others to resolve technical issues, reproducing issues in a lab environment to find solutions.
• Manage case escalations to Tier 3 resources while maintaining communication with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to articulate complex technical topics to various audiences, including non-technical personnel.
• Experience in resolving complex technical issues with minimal direction.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with TCP, HTTP, SSL, Linux administration, Docker containers, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and application security.
