About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with key enterprise clients. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the technology sector, and will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves
