About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive role at Salesforce focuses on driving growth within new and existing accounts for either the Data Cloud or MuleSoft products. This position requires extensive experience in technical enterprise sales, where the executive will engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Salesforce solutions can address their challenges. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and the execution of long-term strategies aligned with customer objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts.
  • Engage with existing customers and new leads, developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Assist with account planning for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in full cycle, B2B, complex technology sales.
  • 5+ years selling to the Enterprise customer segment.
  • Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) for Data Cloud candidates.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce Advantage across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud for Data Cloud candidates.
  • Experience with and market awareness of Integration/API for MuleSoft candidates.
  • Ability to strategize with a large and matrixed extended team for MuleSoft candidates.
