About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive for Global Pay at UKG is responsible for selling the One View global pay product to enterprise-level accounts. This role requires a consultative selling approach to understand client business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions. The position emphasizes building relationships with C-level finance decision-makers and driving deals through the entire sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a detailed territory plan and strategy to successfully execute on selling One View
  • Prospecting and identifying new opportunities
  • On-going pipeline development (pipeline should always be 3X annual quota)
  • Identifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each customer
  • Creating and communicating the value of UKG solution in order to successfully engage, and sell to, C-level finance decision makers
  • Ability to successfully drive a deal through the entire sales lifecycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Consistently keep Salesforce.com updated with accurate account status and other pertinent information

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven success selling Cloud/SaaS based software solutions at the C level
  • Experience selling a global pay product with experience selling to CFO level leaders
  • Consistently exceeded a $2 Million+ quota
  • Experience selling deals over $250,000 ARR and managing sales cycles over 9+ months

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience with Challenger, Powerbase Selling methodology or similar Sales methodology desired
  • Superior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
