About the position

Whatfix is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and expand major enterprise deals with Fortune 500 companies across North America. This role focuses on consulting with enterprise prospects to understand their needs, architecting Whatfix's value proposition, and ensuring customer success through high engagement and quantifying ROI. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain direct access to the company's leadership.

Responsibilities

• Consult with enterprise prospects to understand their needs and architect Whatfix's value proposition.
• Drive high engagement and quantify ROI to ensure customer success.
• Build brand awareness and leverage your network to generate a robust sales pipeline.
• Sell a category-leading solution in a new and vast market potential.
• Gain intimate 1:1 access to the founder and Chief Revenue Officer to learn, collaborate, and strategize.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business deals (ARR $50K - $500K+).
• Strong executive presence and ability to develop C-suite relationships.
• Experience selling to buyers from CRM, HR, L&D, Procurement, and IT for software applications.
• Obsession with details, research, and maintaining an accurate CRM.
• Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for continuous learning.
• High energy, charisma, gravitas, and a customer-centric mindset.
