About the position

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will leverage your B2B sales expertise to guide businesses in selecting fiber-based networking and managed services. This role involves proactive engagement with new local enterprise accounts while managing an existing portfolio, supported by a comprehensive training program. You will be responsible for developing product solutions, delivering proposals, and closing deals, all while working primarily in the field with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively partner with new local enterprise accounts while supporting an existing portfolio.
  • Complete a 12-week paid sales training program.
  • Consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.
  • Request a site survey to determine serviceability.
  • Accurately maintain client database to generate sales activity reports.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber connected networks.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products.
