About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business growth within enterprise accounts by effectively selling Talent, Compensation, Learning, and OrgCharting solutions. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within enterprise accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Facilitate initial discovery meetings using the BANT sales qualification framework to confirm Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit and commitment to progress.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions and value propositions that address their business challenges.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and high-level product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with a Solution Consultant to convey customer needs and strategize on product demonstration strategy to drive to a close.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the Services team for successful implementation.
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, solution consulting, product, and customer success teams to align on initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Represent PeopleFluent and its products at selected conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience working with a mature product set, preferably selling to an HR buyer, and driving differentiation in a highly competitive vendor space.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to articulate their value to C-level executives.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM & sales enablement/intelligence software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, GTM Buddy) and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
