About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Flowcode is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector. This role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer insights, while delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The position requires a consultative sales approach and a deep understanding of the print industry and enterprise client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Understand client challenges and goals, strategizing and executing on how Flowcode can meet specific business needs.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of the print industry to address client-specific challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop lasting relationships with key client stakeholders across their organizations.
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for sales forecasts and account statuses.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape to offer relevant insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a book of business within a complex sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with print industry workflows, challenges, and digital transformation needs is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build trust with enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals.
