About the position

As an Account Executive within the Service Cloud team at Salesforce, you will be responsible for selling the leading platform application for Service, focusing on a small set of high-tech strategic accounts. This role involves formulating and executing a sales strategy, working closely with both existing and prospective customers to grow Service Cloud market share and spend. You will act as a trusted adviser, understanding customer challenges and goals, and contributing to business growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a point of view & strategy for the accounts/business that you manage
  • Personally create new leads and relationships with customers across accounts
  • Effectively motivate and engage extended team members to drive high quality customer experiences
  • Lead the strategy and drive activities to completion for sales engagements
  • Create high quality presentations, proposals and written content
  • Bring operational excellence to everything you do

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with selling technology solutions
  • Prospecting within Enterprise segment
  • Consultative and solution selling experience
  • Outstanding quota attainment history and track record
