As an Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with telecommunications products tailored to their complex and evolving needs. In this role, you will complete a comprehensive 12-week paid sales training program, recognized for its excellence in sales enablement and performance tools. Your responsibilities will include traveling to consult with established and prospective clients to develop tailored product solutions, delivering product proposals and presentations to decision-makers, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for identifying target markets and contacts for your product portfolio, qualifying leads through ROI analysis, and coordinating site surveys to assess serviceability. Additionally, you will encourage client retention by collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Connect clients with telecommunications products that meet their complex needs.
  • Complete a 12-week paid sales training program.
  • Travel and consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.
  • Request a site survey to determine serviceability.
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber connected networks.
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Quick learner, deadline-driven, and the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products.
