About the position

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will partner with clients to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of telecommunications solutions tailored to meet their unique needs. This role emphasizes building relationships through various sales strategies, including networking, cold calling, and client presentations, while also providing dedicated account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Connect clients with telecommunications products that meet their complex needs.
  • Complete a 12-week paid sales training program.
  • Travel and consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.
  • Request site surveys to determine serviceability.
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber connected networks.
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn, be deadline-driven, and manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products.
