About the position

The Enterprise Education (EDU) team at Salesforce focuses on strategic partnerships with higher education institutions, generating significant revenue while providing personalized training and career opportunities. This role involves working closely with the Co-Prime/Cloud Sales team to sell Tableau products specifically to the public sector in higher education, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account.

Requirements

  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales Management of large key accounts.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Experience evaluated based on core competencies for the role, including extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience.
