About the position

As an Enterprise Field Account Executive at Bugcrowd, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals within your designated territory. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to enhance pipeline growth and brand presence in the marketplace. You will be expected to manage full sales lifecycles and develop go-to-market strategies, with performance tied to achieving quarterly quotas. This role specifically supports the Florida territory, and residency in that area is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for direct and indirect business.
  • Adapt to changes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in Information Security (Infosec) is required.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a closing role is essential.
  • Charismatic, dynamic, and extroverted personality.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
