About the position

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Mainstream Fiber Networks, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of fiber optic internet products and services within a designated territory. This position focuses on creating new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships, with the primary goal of establishing strong connections and effectively communicating the company's value proposition to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations to new and existing clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the best application of our products or services, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share within your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better position our offerings and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.
