About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with high-value clients. This role involves full ownership of client relationships, including prospecting, negotiations, and execution of contracts, as well as managing existing relationships. The position is remote and requires the individual to cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders to maximize revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sales opportunities to maximize revenue and growth objectives.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients, providing subject matter expertise and advising on product suitability.
  • Establish new avenues to achieve increased market share and revenue growth with new enterprise sales customers.
  • Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues.
  • Champion client relationships from engagement to delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Provide feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to enhance the value proposition.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of objectives.
  • Stay current with industry changes and gather competitive information.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and provide timely forecasting data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cultivating and managing enterprise-level sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience forming and nurturing executive-level relationships.
  • Experience managing and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Sales experience in a B2B mixed media organization preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Human Capital Management, Healthcare, Financial Services, and/or Telecommunications industries preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate superior multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
