About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at HCSS is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with enterprise-level customers in the construction industry. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales quotas while ensuring high-quality service and support. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and renewal quotas
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and customers
  • Act as the HCSS liaison internally to coordinate projects, presentations, services, and communications
  • Conduct onsite client presentations representing our support, services, and enterprise accounts departments
  • Leverage Salesforce records to identify leads/opportunities within the enterprise accounts for both software and professional services
  • Deeply understand the book of business for the account and speak intelligently to licensing, subscriptions, services, contracts, and renewals of the solutions
  • Manage and maintain customer expectations and deadlines for commitments and custom work
  • Manage customer requests and issue escalations
  • Identify, quantify, & qualify leads within accounts and execute upgrades in Salesforce CPQ
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain our company's quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Account Management or Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical and functional requirements/issues
  • Effective communication skills to convey the value of software and services
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction industry
