About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Optimizely is responsible for driving revenue growth from the company's largest and most significant customers. This role emphasizes a consultative approach to sales, focusing on understanding and solving customer business challenges while managing the entire sales process from discovery to close. The position requires building strong relationships with senior executives and navigating complex organizational structures to effectively educate prospects across various business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for New Annual Recurring Revenue (new + expansion)
  • Execute strong sales process from discovery to close
  • Manage and deliver on an accurate forecast, predictably
  • Create and execute a territory plan which maximizes revenue generated from your business
  • Build and manage pipeline to 4x multiple using all channels available to you: SDR, Marketing CSM, Partners and most importantly; yourself
  • Effectively qualify deals to ensure time and resources are invested in the right pursuits
  • Build relationships with Senior Executives and line-of-business in accounts
  • Educates prospects effectively across their entire business, from Marketing to Product to Engineering
  • Navigates complex organizations and buying processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years full sales cycle in SaaS, ideally in Digital Experience/Mar-Tech closing 6-7 seven figure ARR deals
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Bachelor's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
  • You have a burning desire to win.
