About the position

The RU Sales Representative will engage with prospects who are Property Managers and Agencies within the short-term rental industry. This role focuses on new business acquisition, requiring thorough investigation to tailor solutions to the prospect's needs. The representative will present demonstrations of our platform and services, aiming to convert quality leads into signed contracts. A consultative approach and excellent profiling skills are essential for building long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needs.
  • Prospect leads and contact them to pitch the product/service.
  • Set up meetings with prospective clients and present product/service demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organization to achieve better results.
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.
  • Negotiate contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization.
  • Sales reporting and reviewing performance while working towards achieving the sales target.
  • Keep a record of the prospects and leads in our database.
  • Work with our CRM system and organize daily records to track the full sales cycle.
  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
  • Establish new business links.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Prior sales experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
  • Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
