About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue for a leading AI software company specializing in Generative AI for regulated industries. This position focuses on managing the sales cycle, engaging with large pharmaceutical companies, and expanding the company's market presence through effective sales strategies and customer success initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and its products to pharmaceutical companies interested in automating R&D documentation.
  • Manage the sales cycle, leveraging a value selling approach to drive license revenue in the territory.
  • Meet and exceed quota by signing new biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Perform lead generation campaigns directly, with the Marketing team, or through the partner community.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers successfully leverage the company's solutions and find new ways to add value across their organizations.
  • Represent the company at external marketing events.
  • Accurately forecast sales in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex sales across the enterprise.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers' senior leaders.
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue recognition structures.
  • Experience working with large life science companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying experience.
  • Strong record of achieving revenue quotas and experience working with partners.
