About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Eptura is a pivotal role focused on driving new business growth by targeting and acquiring new clients in the designated region. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively prospect, conduct market research, and develop relationships to expand Eptura's client base through its innovative workplace and asset solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by positioning Eptura as a leader in workspace solutions.
  • Identify prospects and build a sales pipeline through effective consultative meetings to assess client needs.
  • Drive growth in existing territory relationships through meticulous planning.
  • Build relationships and sell to multiple levels of decision-makers.
  • Follow the MEDDPICC sales methodology to achieve sales success.
  • Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast effectively to senior leadership.
  • Maintain Salesforce records accurately.
  • Stay current with all Eptura product updates, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Application.
  • Experience managing and closing enterprise-level sales using solution selling and value selling techniques.
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills with high-level communication abilities.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers.
  • High attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Strong desire to win and succeed.
