About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Astound Broadband is responsible for driving sales to enterprise-level commercial customers in the North WA territory. This role involves proactively identifying new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals to enhance revenue growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold-calling and knocking on doors.
  • Perform needs assessments and develop applications for customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with telecommunications decision makers.
  • Manage installation projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for information, support, and pricing.
  • Support the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling B2B in a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in telecommunications, internet, or technology sales.
  • Ability to sell to C-level executives within an organization.
  • Experience in systems selling and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of general marketing principles and tools.
  • Experience in customer needs analysis and service improvement planning.
