As an Enterprise Account Executive at Foley Carrier Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support for their compliance needs. Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our suite of compliance services.
  • Conducting consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and compliance challenges.
  • Creating and delivering tailored proposals to address client requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on activities to management.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our clients.
  • Representing Foley at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of software sales experience and 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of DOT compliance and FCRA regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • A motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
