About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Glassdoor is responsible for managing a high-volume book of business, ranging from SMB to Enterprise level. This role requires a proven track record in sales, particularly in exceeding quotas and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will engage in both new business development and account management, effectively navigating complex organizations and selling to C-Suite executives. The position is fully remote, emphasizing a consultative sales approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets
  • Strategically charge at your book to close new business, in addition to renewing & growing existing accounts
  • Create strong partnerships with Indeed counterparts to generate new opportunities
  • Sell solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Deliver virtual presentations to VP & C-Suite executives
  • Communicate and partner with third-party agencies to close business
  • Organize and prioritize book to improve revenue while providing an excellent client experience
  • Learn and successfully sell new Glassdoor products and enhancements
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Challenge and win while being an excellent teammate

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Sales experience with a consistent track record of success
  • HR or recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and lead SMB to Enterprise Accounts
  • Experience with high-level (Director or above) contract negotiations
  • Consistent track record to handle tough conversations with clients
  • Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Technically savvy, specifically skilled in Salesforce & Google Slides or Microsoft Powerpoint

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior sales or advertising experience
