About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at iBusiness Funding is responsible for driving partner acquisition and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to execute the partner strategy, negotiate commercial terms, and enhance the partner program. The position is focused on building strong relationships and achieving partner revenue goals within the SaaS solutions sector for banks and lenders.

Responsibilities

  • Logo hunting and selling to banks and financial institutions.
  • Leading the iBusiness Funding partner strategy.
  • Working with leadership, product, marketing, sales, and development teams to strengthen partnership capabilities and revenues.
  • Implementing the strategy for iBusiness Funding's future across product offerings.
  • Regularly attending industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Continuously improving the business case process for new partner acquisition.
  • Managing and maintaining the overall partner program.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve partner revenue goals.
  • Defining and negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new partners and for contractual renewals with existing partners.
  • Partnering with the internal legal department to complete new partner reviews.
  • Coordinating partner roadmap sessions to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Providing oversight over partner P&L results and annual forecasting process.
  • Building consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in selling software or enterprise solutions to financial institutions, preferably in financial, lending, or core banking software.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management and product roadmap methodologies.
  • Experience with in-person conference networking and marketing.
  • Creative, strategic, analytical, and outside-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Expertise in Microsoft solutions suites (MS Office, Teams).
  • Ability to lead partner-related meetings with diverse audiences, including Marketing, Product, Development, Sales, Legal, Finance, Executive Leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives from large U.S. based banks.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, especially in lending.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $105,000-$135,000 + commission + benefits.
