About the position

The Enterprise Account Manager at Skyhigh Security is responsible for driving new sales and increasing bookings from existing accounts within a designated territory. This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies and the ability to create tailored solutions for customers, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales quotas. The position involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal resources to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new sales and incremental bookings of existing accounts for Skyhigh Security products and services.
  • Create a prospecting strategy to identify potential customers and build a sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to customers and negotiate contracts to achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Manage the sales process and leverage internal technical resources to meet customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer environments and collaborate with technical resources to close sales opportunities.
  • Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Values (POVs) with customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Skyhigh Security products based on customer needs.
  • Generate demand with channel partners, resellers, and end-user customers.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and engage at multiple levels within accounts, including CISO and board members.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and develop strategic opportunities with channel and service partners.

Requirements

  • 5-15 years' experience in a quota-carrying role selling products in the security industry or disruptive technology sectors.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of achieving quarterly sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage the sales process using MEDDPICC and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of customer requirements and security challenges.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience engaging with presales and professional services organizations during the sales cycle.
  • Excellent presentation skills and working knowledge of consultative sales methodologies.
