About the position

The Enterprise Application Administrator plays a crucial role in the information technology team at CoreSite, responsible for the administration of key enterprise applications that support critical business operations. This position ensures the reliable performance and security of applications while coordinating with vendor support teams for timely issue resolution. The administrator collaborates with the DevOps team to facilitate smooth system changes and maintain operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Install and upgrade enterprise applications as needed to support strategic projects
  • Maintain systems by applying system updates and upgrades
  • Coordinate with support vendors to ensure resolution of various types of support requests
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot application issues
  • Track and manage internal support requests to ensure the timely resolution of issues
  • Administer user access for key enterprise applications
  • Develop and modify monitoring and alerting frameworks to support technology solutions
  • Communicate with application user bases when issues arise
  • Participate in regular audit and compliance activities to ensure the integrity of our systems
  • Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite s culture and values

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience administering a Microsoft Windows environment
  • 3+ years experience in a technical support role
  • 2+ years experience with application installation and configuration
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred
  • Experience with JD Edwards, MuleSoft, and/or Salesforce preferred
  • Certifications a plus (Microsoft, A+, Security+, AWS, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong ability to communicate with various teams at both the technical and business levels
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days in downtown Denver office per week including Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person team collaboration
  • Team and customer service orientation while working well as part of a group
  • Pivot easily within a constantly changing Agile environment
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, driven individual
