About the position

The Enterprise Applications Product Analyst at Acrisure is a mid-level role focused on the implementation and support of MGA Systems. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing operational procedures and user acceptance testing. The analyst will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure effective solutions are delivered to clients, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as an MGA Systems Superuser, managing support, enhancements, and projects.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Document high-level and low-level design specifications for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Track quality assurance and business effectiveness of delivered solutions.
• Interact with customers to deliver solutions and gather feedback.
• Manage the setup of MGA Systems for new companies, brokers, agents, and products.
• Provide daily support for MGA Systems and NetRate, collaborating with business and IT teams.
• Gather and document requirements for system enhancements and projects.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of MGA Systems, documenting issues and collaborating on resolutions.
• Document business workflows and processes for clarity and efficiency.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with MGA Systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to document high-level and low-level design specifications.
