About the position

The Enterprise Architect at Niktor Inc. is responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework that aligns the organization's business strategy with its technology roadmap. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring compliance with governance practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Establish architectural governance practices for compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand needs and translate them into requirements.
• Provide guidance to project teams during implementation of architecture solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of various systems, platforms, and applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the architecture.
• Continuously review and optimize the architecture to respond to changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture projects or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern IT trends.
• Strong proficiency in system design, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• TOGAF Certification or similar certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with APIs.
