About the position

The Enterprise Architect position at Contact Government Services, LLC is a senior-level role focused on supporting the IT infrastructure of a large-scale government enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in various organizational processes and frameworks, including PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. This role involves strategic business mission planning and IT investment, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT business mission of a large-scale government enterprise's IT infrastructure.
  • Collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies and frameworks relevant to enterprise architecture.
  • Provide a holistic view of the enterprise from different perspectives for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors.
  • Offer technical engineering practices recommendations and enhancements based on prior successful systems integrations.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity with senior-level IT competency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with various EA frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF.
  • Demonstrated engineering abilities in Windows Desktop applications, remote access, MS Windows 7, SQL Server, VMware, EMC, SAN storage, and Cloud services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with VMware server and VDI.
  • Knowledge of PKI, MS Windows 2003 Terminal Server, and MS Windows 2008R2 Server.
  • Familiarity with Cisco UCS, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, iOS, and Android OS.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
