About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Platform Product Manager - User / Developer Experience to lead the development of significant product capabilities on the Enterprise AI/ML platform. This role focuses on creating a seamless experience for internal users, enabling data scientists and engineers to build and deploy AI solutions efficiently. The Product Manager will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of product features with business goals and driving value through user experience improvements and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform's internal user experience.
  • Understand the needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and application developers, translating those needs into user-centric platform capabilities.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into platform requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver the AI platform, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and platform components, using metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of new product development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Journey Mapping and Product Modeling.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Master's degree or higher in operations research, applied statistics, economics, computer science, electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning architecture.
  • 3+ years of configuration experience with Cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or MS Azure.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiatives.
