About the position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will lead a team of Enterprise BDRs focused on proactive outbound efforts to promote the Envoy mission to customer offices across the US and Canada. This role is part of the Sales Leadership team, responsible for refining strategies to attract new customers and expand adoption within the existing customer base. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Denver at least three days a week, and offers opportunities for career progression within a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Enterprise BDR team in San Francisco and Denver.
  • Drive growth and adoption of Envoy by proactively contacting target Enterprise accounts and exceeding quota targets.
  • Implement strategies to source and generate revenue from greenfield accounts.
  • Provide clear visibility on pipeline performance by managing team metrics and forecasting monthly pipeline generation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Envoy's products and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to enhance customer experience during the early stages of funnel building.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams selling software to US accounts.
  • Experience driving a targeted outbound BDR prospecting strategy with an emphasis on multithreading.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and ramp SDRs/BDRs effectively.
  • Experience managing SDRs/BDRs across multiple offices or remotely.
