About the position

The Enterprise Change Manager II at Navy Federal Credit Union is responsible for supporting transformational initiatives aligned with the organization's enterprise strategy. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes. The manager will work closely with leaders and project teams to address stakeholder needs, manage risks, and implement effective communication and training plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate organizational change management strategies/solutions.
  • Consult with business unit senior management and executives on change management initiatives.
  • Maintain organizational change management model and methodology.
  • Act as a facilitator and coach for project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Apply structured processes to help teams lead and adopt change effectively.
  • Create and lead targeted change management plans, including communications and training.
  • Manage change management components throughout project phases.
  • Conduct business needs assessments and align with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and training plans.
  • Develop measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to implement OCM objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings for strategic initiatives.
  • Research and analyze trends to support change management projects.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in large-scale organizational change management efforts.
  • Extensive project management experience from creation through execution.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring others.
  • Advanced presentation skills for stakeholders and management.
  • Expertise in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Prosci Certification.
