About the position

The Enterprise Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting transformational initiatives aligned with the Enterprise Strategy and priorities. This position requires a strong background in organizational change management (OCM) strategies and solutions, particularly in driving the adoption of change within large-scale, complex environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile transformations and CRM systems, with a Master's degree being a mandatory requirement. Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is also essential for this role. In this position, the Enterprise Change Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying OCM strategies that address stakeholder needs and concerns, assess organizational change impacts, and mitigate people-related risks associated with significant changes. Key activities will include delivering targeted change plans and tactics such as communications, training, coaching, business readiness, sponsorship support, resistance management, and rewards/recognition. The role requires close collaboration with leaders, change managers, and project team members to coordinate plans and address dependencies across various enterprise initiatives and projects. The Enterprise Change Manager will serve as an expert in organizational change management and communications, providing leadership, mentoring, and direction to enterprise stakeholders, project managers, and other key business leaders. This role will implement strategic OCM and communications objectives, promote organizational communications goals, and facilitate discussions to ensure the successful implementation of high-impact, large-scale projects and strategic initiatives. The position demands a proactive self-starter who can work effectively in both team settings and as an individual contributor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is a must.
  • Experience in large Agile transformation initiatives is essential.
  • Strong background in organizational change management (OCM) strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity in transformational initiatives.
