About the position

The Enterprise Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting transformational initiatives aligned with Navy Federal's Enterprise Strategy and priorities. This position requires a strong background in organizational change management (OCM) strategies and solutions, particularly in the context of large-scale Agile transformations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying OCM strategies that drive the adoption of change within the organization. This includes facilitating activities such as identifying and validating stakeholder needs and concerns, assessing organizational change impacts, and mitigating people-related risks associated with complex changes. In this role, the Enterprise Change Manager will deliver targeted change plans and tactics, which encompass communications, training, coaching, business readiness, sponsorship support, resistance management, and rewards/recognition. Collaboration is key, as the Enterprise Change Manager will work closely with leaders, change managers, and project team members to coordinate plans and address dependencies across various enterprise initiatives, projects, or workstreams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor, and will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the initiatives. As an expert in organizational change management and communications, the Enterprise Change Manager will provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to enterprise stakeholders, project managers, and other key business leaders. The role involves implementing strategic OCM and communications objectives, promoting organizational communications goals, and facilitating discussions to ensure the successful implementation of high-impact, large-scale projects and strategic initiatives. The Enterprise Change Manager will also assist in leading complex analyses and tasks that have significant organizational impact. The Enterprise Change Management function is aligned with HR Strategy, Business, and Communications, and has evolved over the past five years to focus on driving the organization’s strategic plan, particularly in the context of digital transformation. The team consists of experienced change managers who are dedicated to building change maturity throughout the organization by providing resources, community of practice, and consultation for business units.
