About the position

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Strider Technologies, you will be responsible for driving impactful results for clients by ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's suite of products and services. Your role encompasses managing the entire client journey from contract signature to renewal, focusing on client retention and expansion within enterprise accounts. This position requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, aligning with Strider's mission to safeguard innovation through strategic intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through every phase of their journey with Strider, from contract signature to renewal.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, training, onboarding, and regular business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the Strider product portfolio with existing clients.
  • Partner with the sales team to align the right solutions with client needs at the right time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to provide the best resources to clients.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.
  • Anticipate client needs and challenges, providing solutions before they escalate.
  • Respond quickly to client requests with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful client success experience or equivalent experience in a client-facing and/or consulting role.
  • Established track record of enabling clients to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated high learning agility with the ability to quickly comprehend Strider's unique capabilities and data sets.
  • Proven self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes self-directed startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Engaging personality capable of connecting with clients and resolving concerns.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a Client Success role in a SaaS, DaaS, or Intelligence company.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients (Annual revenues greater than $10B).
  • Familiarity with Corporate and Information Security clients, especially in Counterintelligence, Insider Risk, and Supply Chain Risk programs.
  • Previous experience in the U.S. military, defense, and/or intelligence community.
  • Sales or demand generation experience.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language, especially Mandarin, Russian, or Persian (Farsi).
