About the position

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding long-term strategic partnerships with Enterprise clients. Your expertise in understanding their business challenges will enable you to act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored AI solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain impactful relationships with executives and key decision-makers at Enterprise clients.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's unique business and technical needs to provide tailored AI solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services with existing clients.
  • Take ownership of the complete client journey, from crafting proposals to overseeing successful implementation.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and AI practitioners to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
  • Partner with Shared Services teams and clients to define project scope and manage timelines effectively.
  • Keep clients informed with proactive updates on project progress and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to create a high-performance environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Client Services team.
  • Share insights on industry trends and growth opportunities to enhance market position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions in Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors.
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex systems and business processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by Enterprise businesses in the digital era.
  • Experience leading change with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined, organized, and operates with integrity and humility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
