About the position

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Dental Intelligence is responsible for establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in dental service organizations (DSOs). This role focuses on driving customer engagement, ensuring portfolio health, leading customer escalations, promoting product adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Success is measured through key performance indicators such as gross retention, successful renewals, and pilot expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives within the customer base.
  • Drive customer engagement with Regional Managers and Offices using Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Lead the coordination of customer escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution strategies.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization within the portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers are informed about new releases and functionalities.
  • Surface upsell opportunities to the Expansion Sales team, creating qualified leads for additional products and services.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a customer success or sales role, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships and drive engagement.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and drive outcomes.
