About the position

The One 23 Group is seeking a self-motivated Enterprise Data Architect to enhance and maintain the Enterprise Information and Data Architecture capabilities. This role involves providing technical expertise and strategic support across various architecture levels, including solution and enterprise architecture, while fostering collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and guide conceptual and logical data models at the enterprise, segment, and solution level.
• Gather and analyze information to generate or enhance enterprise views of architecture.
• Provide strategic information and data architectural services, including research on technologies like semantic technologies and machine learning.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve information sharing within the EA environment.
• Establish and enforce information and data architectural principles and standards.
• Support the migration of Geospatial technologies to Salesforce and AWS platforms.
• Implement best practices to advance information and data architecture practices.
• Conduct pilots to demonstrate the effectiveness of ML/AI and automation tools.
• Create implementation roadmaps for successful automation pilots.
• Support the establishment of the Chief Data Officer (CDO) function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience with software solutions including AWS, Salesforce, Erwin, ServiceNow, and Orbus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to align architectural plans with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and think critically in changing technological environments.
