The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for the enterprise data warehouse. They will develop use cases and functional specifications, working closely with IT teams to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation for the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing support to end-users. Monitoring and maintaining the performance of the enterprise data warehouse is also a key responsibility. The candidate will demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions and apply knowledge gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeping up to date on regulation changes and following all bank policies and procedures is crucial. The analyst may also be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert.
