SEE designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient. The Enterprise Development Manager will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and revenue generated through the Innovation Center. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation, showcasing SEE's portfolio of offerings, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements. The manager will lead efforts to host customer visits, training sessions, and other events that highlight SEE's full scope of product offerings. In this position, the manager will develop and implement the vision, mission, and strategic plan for the Innovation Center. They will identify and prioritize key areas for value co-creation aligned with distribution and end-user partners, while also establishing a means to capture the full revenue realized by the Innovation Center's activities. Collaboration is key, as the manager will work closely with internal departments such as R&D, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of innovation efforts. Additionally, the manager will partner with UPS to highlight their collaboration and drive additional revenue for both organizations. Resource management is another critical aspect of this role, as the manager will oversee the Innovation Center's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support innovation projects. They will also be responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of tools, technologies, and facilities necessary for innovation activities. Performance measurement and reporting will involve establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Innovation Center's activities, as well as preparing and presenting regular reports to senior leadership on progress, achievements, and challenges. Finally, the manager will stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in innovation management and related fields, applying insights from industry trends and research to inform and guide the Innovation Center's strategy and initiatives.
