About the position

The Enterprise Development Manager at Sealed Air is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the Innovation Center. This role focuses on fostering a culture of innovation, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful customer engagements. The manager will lead initiatives to showcase Sealed Air's offerings and drive revenue through effective partnerships and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the vision, mission, and strategic plan for the Innovation Center.
  • Identify and prioritize key areas for value co-creation aligned with distribution and end-user partners.
  • Establish and maintain a means to capture the full revenue realized by the Innovation Center's activities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and integration of innovation efforts.
  • Partner with UPS to highlight the partnership and drive additional revenue.
  • Manage the Innovation Center's budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of tools, technologies, and facilities for innovation activities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Innovation Center's activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in innovation management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven ability to manage customer relationships and accounts.
  • Experience dealing with large companies at the senior/executive level preferred.
  • 3+ years of consultative selling of services and solutions.
  • A B.S. degree with a concentration in Marketing/Communications is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic personality comfortable communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical individuals.
